Contractor websites that catch the job while you're on site

SimpliTechPro builds custom contractor websites designed to capture quote requests, with project galleries, service-area pages, and forms that reach you even when your hands are full. The build below, Ironhall Construction, is a live concept demo you can explore.

General Contractor · Trades

Ironhall Construction

Built as a Simplified package build

A general contractor's website has one job: prove the work is real. This demonstration build shows how a custom-home and renovation contractor can present craft the way a design studio would, warm materials, confident serif type, and the project photography doing the talking.

The design direction is a "craft and materials studio": bone and walnut tones, paper-grain texture, and an editorial layout that feels closer to an architecture publication than a trades directory. The signature element is a drag before/after slider, visitors physically pull a handle across a renovation photo to reveal the transformation. It works with mouse, touch, and keyboard, and it makes the contractor's value impossible to miss.

The build also includes a filterable project gallery, a full project case-study page (the Rosseau Lakehouse) that walks through brief, process, and details, a stats band with Tarion registration up front, and a guided start-your-build wizard that collects project type, scope, and budget, showing how a contractor site can qualify serious leads instead of collecting "how much for a reno?" emails.

What It Demonstrates

What the build shows

Drag before/after slider

The signature proof element, pull the handle to sweep from job-site to finished build. Mouse, touch, and keyboard supported.

Project case-study page

A full walkthrough of one flagship build, brief, photo story, materials, and details, the format that wins high-value clients.

Filterable work gallery

Custom homes, renovations, and additions in one grid a homeowner can cut to what they're planning.

Craft-studio design system

Warm bone/walnut palette, editorial serif headlines, and paper-grain texture, reads as craftsmanship, not clip-art construction.

Trust architecture

Tarion registration, build count, years in trade, and rating presented as a stats band, the checks a GC buyer actually runs.

Guided start-your-build flow

A staged wizard (mock in the demo) that collects project type, scope, and budget, qualifying leads before the first call.

Trades We Build For

Websites for construction, HVAC & roofing companies

Whatever the trade, the site does the same job: prove the work, capture the quote, and show the areas you serve. We build for the full range of construction and trades businesses across the GTA and Canada.

Construction & general contractors

Project galleries, in-depth case studies, and a start-your-build flow that captures scope and budget, the proof and qualifying tools that win larger jobs.

HVAC companies

Service-area pages, seasonal service info, and fast quote capture that turns an after-hours "no heat" search into a booked call.

Roofing businesses

Before/after galleries, estimate requests, and trust signals, warranties, reviews, and financing options, that reassure a homeowner making a big-ticket decision.

Common questions

Want the same standard behind your business? Ask us.

Chat with us  →
Is Ironhall a real construction company?+
No, Ironhall Construction is fictional. This is a demonstration build by SimpliTechPro: every project and form on it is illustrative, and nothing is sent. It exists to show, live, the standard of website we build for contractors.
How much does a contractor website cost?+
SimpliTechPro builds custom contractor websites on three plans, Simplified, Amplified, and Magnified, so the price scales with what you need: project galleries, service-area pages, quote-request forms, and any booking or CRM tools you want connected. See current pricing →
Can it take quote requests?+
Yes, capturing quote requests is the whole point. We build structured request forms (like Ironhall's guided start-your-build flow) that collect project type, scope, and budget and reach you even when you're on the job, so you qualify leads instead of fielding vague "how much?" emails.
Do you showcase past projects?+
Yes, project proof is what sells contracting work. We build filterable project galleries, before/after comparisons, and in-depth case-study pages that let your finished work do the selling, exactly as the Ironhall demo shows.
What makes a good general contractor website?+
Proof, presented well: real project galleries, before/after comparisons, one project told in depth, and the trust layer (guarantees, process, reviews), with a start-your-build path that captures budget and timeline before the first call.
Do you build websites for construction and trades companies?+
Yes. As well as general contractors, we build for construction firms and the trades, HVAC, roofing, and more. The core is the same: a project gallery that proves the work, service-area pages, and quote capture that reaches you on the job. The Ironhall demo shows the standard for a construction-style build.
Do you work with HVAC and roofing businesses?+
Yes. HVAC and roofing companies get the same custom build, service-area pages, before/after or project galleries, and fast quote or estimate requests wired to reach you quickly, so an urgent job like a no-heat night or a storm-damaged roof turns into a booked call instead of a missed one.
