Ironhall Construction — a concept general-contractor website built around proof of work.
A general contractor’s website has one job: prove the work is real. This demonstration build shows how a custom-home and renovation contractor can present craft the way a design studio would — warm materials, confident serif type, and the project photography doing the talking.
The design direction is a "craft and materials studio": bone and walnut tones, paper-grain texture, and an editorial layout that feels closer to an architecture publication than a trades directory. The signature element is a drag before/after slider — visitors physically pull a handle across a renovation photo to reveal the transformation. It works with mouse, touch, and keyboard, and it makes the contractor’s value impossible to miss.
The build also includes a filterable project gallery, a full project case-study page (the Rosseau Lakehouse) that walks through brief, process, and details, a stats band with Tarion registration up front, and a guided start-your-build wizard that collects project type, scope, and budget — showing how a contractor site can qualify serious leads instead of collecting "how much for a reno?" emails.
The signature proof element — pull the handle to sweep from job-site to finished build. Mouse, touch, and keyboard supported.
A full walkthrough of one flagship build — brief, photo story, materials, and details — the format that wins high-value clients.
Custom homes, renovations, and additions in one grid a homeowner can cut to what they’re planning.
Warm bone/walnut palette, editorial serif headlines, and paper-grain texture — reads as craftsmanship, not clip-art construction.
Tarion registration, build count, years in trade, and rating presented as a stats band — the checks a GC buyer actually runs.
A staged wizard (mock in the demo) that collects project type, scope, and budget — qualifying leads before the first call.
No — Ironhall Construction is fictional. This is a demonstration build by SimpliTechPro: every project and form on it is illustrative, and nothing is sent. It exists to show, live, the standard of website we build for contractors.
Yes — this is the portfolio-forward standard we deliver for general contractors, builders, and renovators across Canada: the project photography does the selling, and a structured enquiry flow does the capturing.
Proof, presented well: real project galleries, before/after comparisons, one project told in depth, and the trust layer (guarantees, process, reviews) — with a start-your-build path that captures budget and timeline before the first call.
The demo is fully interactive — open it, click around, try the flows. If this is the standard of work you want behind your own business, the next step is a free consultation.
The demo opens in a new tab. Every form on it is clearly marked demo — nothing is sent, nothing is charged.
