A website built as the front door to a working system

Your customers arrive at your website, and the work comes in through it. We build it connected to the tools you already run and ready for the agents that act on what it brings you.

Your customers do not go looking for your back-office or your automation. They go to your website.

That makes it the most important part of the system to get right, and the fastest place to start building one. It is the one thing every customer touches, and the one place all your work arrives: the enquiry, the booking, the question.

So we build it to carry that work, not only to display a page. It looks the part and earns trust on the first visit, and underneath it is wired to the tools you run and built so an agent can act on what comes through it.

How We Build

Found, fast, and ready to carry the work.

A website has to earn its keep before it can do anything clever: found by the people searching for what you do, quick on a phone, and clear enough that the next step is obvious. We build all of that first, because a site nobody finds or nobody trusts cannot help you.

Then we build the part most sites skip. Yours is wired to the tools you already run, so the work it brings in has somewhere to go, and it is built on a foundation an agent can act through, so the site can handle the work rather than only pass it to you. That foundation is a decision made while we build, which is far easier to have from the start than to add to an ordinary site later.

That is how we build differently: the site is the entry to a system, from the first line of it.

What Makes A Website Agentic-Capable

A normal website shows information. An agentic-capable one can be handed work and act on it.

Here is the plain version. A normal website displays what you put on it and waits. An agentic-capable website is built on top of infrastructure that lets an AI agent connect to it and do things through it: read an enquiry, answer it, check your calendar, book the job, and update your records, rather than just showing a contact form and hoping.

The site is the fastest way in, because it is where your customers already are. Build it on the right foundation now, and adding the reasoning brain later is a step, not a rebuild.

For the technical reader

The foundation is the part most sites get wrong for this. We build on cloud infrastructure made for AI workloads, and we wire the site to open standards, chiefly MCP (the emerging standard that lets an AI system connect to tools and data in a consistent way), running on a platform built for agentic work. That is what makes "add an agent later" a genuine option rather than a marketing line. A site built on the usual page-builder stack cannot be handed work in the same way, no matter what is bolted onto it afterward.

Every Project Runs Through Our Portal

You always know where your project stands, and where to reach us.

We manage every project we take on through our own portal, so working with us never means digging through an email thread to find out where things are.

  • You track the build. The portal shows you where your project is and what is next, so you are never guessing whether it is on schedule.
  • You see how the site is doing. Once it is live, you can see what it is bringing in without asking us for an update.
  • You get a written report every month. A plain summary of how the site performed and what is worth your attention, so the results come to you.
  • You talk to us in it. A change, a question or a new idea goes straight to the people who built your site, in one place rather than into an inbox.

What if I just want a simple website?+
That is a website today: found, fast, and built to bring you work. The agentic-capable foundation sits underneath whether or not you ever switch it on, so a simple site now takes nothing away and costs you nothing later.
What does "agentic-capable" actually mean?+
It means the site is built so an AI agent can connect to it and act through it later, answering enquiries, booking work, and updating your records, rather than only displaying a page. It is a foundation decision made at build time, which is why it is far easier to have from the start than to add to an ordinary site afterward.
Do I have to have the AI part?+
No. Plenty of businesses want a site today and nothing more, and that is a site today. The point of building it agentic-capable is that the option is there when you want it, without a rebuild.
What is the portal?+
It is where your project lives while we work together. You track the build, see how the site is doing once it is live, get a written report each month, and message us, all in one place. A separate back-office built into your own site, for running your business, depends on the plan you choose.
Are the examples real businesses?+
They are full working sites we built, using demonstration businesses, and they are labelled as demos. You can click into any of them and use them, including the ones with a live back-office.

SimpliTechPro follows a structured, collaborative process: we start with a discovery call to understand your business goals, then move through design, development, review, and launch, all within a clear timeline. You stay informed at every stage, and nothing goes live without your approval. Most projects are completed in 2–4 weeks.
How long does it take to build a website?+
Most websites built by SimpliTechPro are delivered within 2–4 weeks from the start of the production phase. This phase begins after the pre-production checklist is completed, scope, content, and approvals all confirmed upfront so the build can run without delays. We set clear milestones so you always know where your project stands.
What do I need to provide to get started?+
To get started, you'll need your logo, brand colours (if you have them), and a general idea of what pages you need. SimpliTechPro handles the design, copy direction, and build, we guide you through exactly what we need and when. A free consultation is the best first step.
How much does a custom website cost?+
SimpliTechPro offers three website plans, Simplified ($900), Amplified ($2,450), and Magnified ($8,600) CAD, with 30 days of support and no hidden fees. Third-party fees such as domain and hosting are separate and disclosed upfront. See current pricing → · How website pricing works →
Do I own my website after it's built?+
Yes, 100%. When SimpliTechPro delivers your website, you own every file, every line of code, and all content outright. There are no licensing fees, no platform lock-in, and no ongoing payments to us unless you choose a Care Plan. Your site, your asset, forever.
Are there monthly fees after my website launches?+
There are no mandatory monthly fees from SimpliTechPro after launch. Optional Care Plans are available for businesses that want ongoing maintenance, updates, and priority support, but they are never required. You keep full ownership and control of your site regardless of whether you subscribe.
What's included in a website care plan?+

Care plans are optional monthly plans, and you own your website outright either way.

We work 100% remotely, so wherever your business is in Canada, we can build your website.
Do we need to meet in person?+

Can you build websites for businesses outside of major cities?+
Absolutely. SimpliTechPro serves businesses in cities, towns, and rural communities across Canada. Our remote-first model means a business in a smaller market gets the same quality of web design and strategic thinking as any large urban client, with no travel fees or delays.
Does SimpliTechPro use AI tools to build websites?+
Yes, we use cutting-edge AI tools as part of our design and development workflow. AI helps us work faster and smarter: generating design options, optimizing copy, and accelerating builds. Every deliverable is reviewed, refined, and approved by a human before it reaches you. Speed powered by AI, quality assured by people.
How does SimpliTechPro use AI responsibly in client projects?+
SimpliTechPro uses AI tools to enhance our process, not replace professional judgment. AI assists with ideation, content drafts, and code efficiency. Final decisions on design, strategy, and content are always made by our team in collaboration with you. We are transparent about our tools and committed to ethical, client-first use of AI.
Will AI-generated content hurt my website's search rankings?+
Not when done right. Search engines rank content based on quality, relevance, and helpfulness, not how it was written. SimpliTechPro uses AI to accelerate content creation, then edits and optimizes every piece for accuracy, brand voice, and SEO. The result is search-ready content that represents your business authentically.
Can AI tools find my website and recommend it to potential customers?+
Yes, this is increasingly important. AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews pull answers from well-structured websites. SimpliTechPro builds sites with this in mind: clean schema markup, direct Q&A content, and entity-clear copy so AI systems can accurately surface your business when customers ask relevant questions.
Is my data safe when you use AI tools on my project?+
Yes. SimpliTechPro operates all AI tools in a sandboxed setup, meaning your business data, content, and assets are never fed into public AI models or exposed to third-party training systems. AI assistance runs in a controlled, isolated environment. Your information stays yours, and our process is designed to keep it that way from day one.
