Selling knowledge as a product needs three connected pieces: a public site that markets the membership, a gated portal that delivers it, and a back office that shows the owner what the business is doing. This demonstration build is all three, working as one platform.

The public site is a dark, appetite-forward "gastronomic luxe" design for a fictional online culinary academy — espresso black, brass gold, live-rendered curriculum with the tier locks visible. Joining runs through a test-mode checkout (the free tier skips payment entirely) and lands you in a gated member portal: a dashboard with an animated progress ring, a tier-gated course library with upgrade prompts, a lesson player that advances your progress, live-class RSVP, a member recipe vault, and a community feed.

Behind it sits the owner dashboard: monthly recurring revenue, active members, churn, a live join feed, and content management that publishes to the portal and the public curriculum instantly — plus the same Social Studio module used in our e-commerce demo, proving these systems are reusable. This is the recurring-revenue platform model, demonstrated end to end — the standard SimpliTechPro builds to for education, coaching, and community businesses across Canada.

A gated member portal

Sign in (demo credentials) to a real portal: progress dashboard, course library, lessons, live classes, recipes, community, and billing.

Tier-locked content

Three membership tiers gate the course library and recipe vault — locked rows show exactly what upgrading unlocks.

A lesson player that tracks progress

Mark a lesson complete and the member’s progress ring moves — the mechanics that keep members engaged.

Join flow with test-mode checkout

Tier deep-links, a card checkout in test mode, and a free tier that skips payment — the whole acquisition path, live.

An owner dashboard with MRR analytics

Recurring revenue, actives, new joins, churn, tier mix, and a live join feed — the numbers a membership owner runs on.

Content that publishes instantly

Add or edit a course in admin and the member portal and public curriculum update immediately.

What we integrated

  • A public marketing site with live-rendered, tier-locked curriculum
  • Join and checkout flows (test mode; the free tier skips payment)
  • A gated member portal: courses, live classes, recipes, community, billing
  • An owner dashboard: MRR, churn, members, content management, Social Studio

What we automated

  • A join appears in the owner dashboard live — MRR and actives update
  • Completing a lesson advances the member’s progress ring automatically
  • Content edits publish to the portal and public curriculum instantly
  • Tier changes re-gate the whole portal immediately (all demo/mocked)

Common questions

Is Maillard a real culinary academy?

No — Maillard is fictional. This is a demonstration build by SimpliTechPro: every course, instructor, member, and payment on it is a demo running in test mode. It exists to show, live, the standard of membership platform we build.

Can SimpliTechPro build a membership site like this for my business?

Yes — this is the model we deliver for course creators, coaches, academies, and communities across Canada: public site, gated member portal with tier-locked content, recurring billing, and an owner back office with revenue analytics.

What does a membership website need to work?

Four things, connected: a public site that sells the membership, a checkout that handles tiers and recurring billing, a gated portal that delivers content and tracks progress, and an owner dashboard that shows MRR, churn, and member activity without spreadsheets.

Can I try the member portal and the owner dashboard?

Yes — both are linked from every page of the demo, and both sign in with the demo credentials shown on their login screens. Join on the public site first and you will see yourself arrive in the owner dashboard live.

Explore it live. Then imagine yours.

The demo is fully interactive — open it, click around, try the flows. If this is the standard of work you want behind your own business, the next step is a free consultation.

The demo opens in a new tab. Both the member portal and the owner dashboard sign in with the demo credentials shown on their login screens — everything runs in demo/test mode, nothing is real or charged.
