Agentic business systems

A system that reads, decides, and actslike your best hire

Agents that make the judgment calls you would, at a volume no team has the hours for.

One System, Three Depths

Your website, the tools behind it, and the brain that runs them, built as one system. Most businesses buy their website, their tools, and their decisions as three separate things, then spend the week carrying work between them. We build them as one.

Start at any depth. Most start with a website, because it is the fastest way in.

Ordinary automation moves information.

Follows rules written in advance. Fast and reliable, and it stops the moment something arrives the rules did not picture.

A tool does the same thing every time.

An agentic system decides what to do with the information.

Built for that moment. It reads what arrived, works out what it means, and takes the next step itself.

An agent does the right thing when every time is different.

How A Build Works

Built for how your business actually works, not a product you log in and configure. It runs on the accounts and tools you already own, and we build and support it.

Mapping

First, we work out exactly what the task is, with you.

Build

Then we build the system on your own accounts and tools, so your data stays yours.

Support

Then we support it and keep the system running as your business grows.

You pay the third parties it uses on your own accounts, the same way you pay for the tools you already run on. You pay us to build it and keep it working.

Website Now, Agents Later?

If your business is not at a stage which can benefit from an agentic workforce, you can still take the first step by building your agent-capable website.

What is an agentic business system?+
An agentic business system reads what comes into your business, works out what it means, and acts on it within the rules you set, the way a capable person who knows your business would. It goes further than software that waits to be told what to do: it can handle the calls, the messages, the paperwork and the decisions that keep a business running, and bring you the ones that genuinely need you. You can put it to work on a single job, like answering the phone, or across several.
How is this different from the automation I already have?+
Automation follows rules someone wrote in advance: when this happens, do that. It is fast and reliable, right up until something arrives that the rules did not picture, and then it stops and waits for a person. An agentic system is built for that exact moment. It reads what actually arrived, weighs it against what your business knows, and takes the next step itself, including the steps that need judgment rather than a fixed rule. That is why it is worth comparing to a hire rather than to a monthly tool.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?+
A chatbot answers questions from a script and hands anything unusual to a person. An agent does the job end to end: it can take the inquiry, answer it, book the work, update your systems and follow up, and it works out what each case needs instead of running the same reply every time. A chatbot talks; an agent gets the task done.
Do I have to replace the tools and software I already use?+
No. An agentic system runs on the tools and accounts you already have. It connects to what you use now so work moves between them without anyone copying it across, and it acts through them on your behalf. You keep your existing setup, and the agent works inside it. One condition applies: a tool can only be used if it offers a way to connect, such as an API or an open agent standard like MCP. Most business software already does. If a tool you rely on has no way to connect at all, it usually cannot be part of the system as it stands, and is better replaced with one that can.
Do I need a new website to use an agent?+
Not always. An agent can work behind the business you already run, answering the phone or handling messages, without touching your website at all. But for an agent to work through your website, taking the inquiry, answering it, booking the job, the site has to be built agentic-capable, and most existing websites are not. An existing site can sometimes be adapted; for most businesses we recommend building a new one that is agentic-capable from the start, so the agent has a proper front door to work through. A website is also the fastest way into an agentic system, which is why many businesses begin there.
What happens when the agent runs into something it cannot decide?+
It follows the rules you set for exactly that. For the cases inside its remit it acts on its own; for the ones that need you, it stops, hands them over with everything it has gathered, and waits for your decision. You set where that line sits before it goes to work, and you can move it as you come to trust the work. It never acts outside the boundaries you give it.
Who owns the system, and is my business data safe?+
You own it. The system runs on your own accounts and tools, so your data stays with you and is never handed to us to hold or fed into public AI models. At handover you get everything: the files, the credentials, and the access. What we build is yours to keep, and it keeps running whether or not you stay with us for support.
How much does an agentic system cost?+
Every system is priced for its scope and quoted before we begin, so you know the number up front with no hidden fees. Because it is built around your business rather than sold as a fixed monthly subscription, the price depends on the work you want it to carry. Any third-party services it uses are billed to your own accounts by their providers, so you are never marked up on someone else's meter. Tell us the work and we will come back with a clear plan and a flat price.
Is an agentic system only for large companies?+
No. It is built for Canadian small businesses that want work handled without hiring for every task. You do not need a technical team or a large budget to start: you begin with one job that reliably eats your time, prove it, and add from there. The businesses that gain the most are often the ones where the owner is still doing work a capable system could carry.
Where should my business start?+
Start with the part of your business that never quite gets done on time: the calls you miss, the inquiries that go cold, or the paperwork that piles up. Tell us what that is and we will show you what an agent would do with it. You can begin at any depth, a website, a single automated job, or a full agentic system, and grow from there. Start Here →
